Rose, Eva Roberta (nee Beasley) Mrs. George Rose

LUTESVILLE -- Mrs. Eva Roberta Rose, 69 years old, died Monday afternoon at her home in Lutesville after a brief illness.

Mrs. Rose was born July 29, 1890, at Naylor.  On Sept. 20, 1909, she and George Rose were married.  They moved here from East St. Louis in 1950.  Mr. Rose is a painter.  She was a member of the General Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Eldon Hahn of Lutesville; two sons, Johnny Rose of Madison, Ill., and Harold Rose of Granite City, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Mae Hill of Poplar Bluff and Mrs. Minnie Job of Snow Lake, Ark. and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Lutesville Methodist Church, conducted by C. W. Giffin, pastor.  Burial will be in the Old Masonic Cemetery at Fredericktown with Ward service.
