Teddy Joyce Ross, 72, of Jackson passed away Monday, Feb. 7, 2011, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born May 25, 1938, in Cincinnati, daughter of Clarence and Martha Weaver Hughes. She and James Ross were married July 4, 1961. Joyce served in the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged March 5, 1959...
