Schlosser, Patricia Ann (nee Drury)

Patricia Anne "Sis" Schlosser, 78, of Scott City passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at her home.

She was born Nov. 14, 1933, in Kelso, Mo., to Lambert and Lorraine Dohogne Drury. She and Theon Louis "Junior" Schlosser were married Nov. 5, 1955, in Cape Girardeau. He preceded her in death April 1, 2012.

Patricia was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City, charter president and member of Knights of Columbus Council 6420 Ladies Auxiliary, past president of St. Joseph Council of Catholic Women, volunteer at Saint Francis Medical Center and Meals on Wheels and Eucharistic minister at St. Joseph Church.

Survivors include a son, Patrick (Kim) Schlosser of Cape Girardeau; five daughters, Jane (Mark) Ressel of Kelso, Joan (Darrel) Blattel of Scott City, Lori (Richard) Buttrey of Council Grove, Kan., Marianne McCormick and Teresa Hastings of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Charles, Robert and Jerry Drury; two sisters, Nancy Pfeiffer and Victoria Hahn; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Patricia was preceded in death by infant twins, John Michael and Elizabeth Anne; two brothers, Tom and Jim; a sister, Mary Jane; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at St. Joseph Church. Parish prayers will be at 7, followed by Knights of Columbus prayers.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Church, with the Rev. Oliver Clavin as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel of Scott City is in charge of arrangements.
