Schott, Agnes Ruth "Duck" (nee Elder)
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, August 25th, 2007 for 82-year-old Agnes Ruth "Duck" (Elder) Schott of Ste. Genevieve, who died Monday, August 20th, 2007 at the Ste. Genevieve Care Center.
She was born April 11th, 1925 in Perryville, the daughter of Thomas and Evelyn (Tucker) Elder. They preceded her in death.
She married Michael B. Schott. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children and in-laws, Michelle and Devon Hardy of Sandpointe, ID, Kim Schott of Dove Creek, CO, Lori and Gerald Meyer of Ste. Genevieve, Brett and Kathy Schott of St. Louis, Kyle and Emily Schott of Cape Girardeau; three sisters and a brother in law, Evelyn and Dave Unterreiner of Perryville, Rita Aunspach of Perryville, Doris Graff of Tennessee; two brothers, Pat Elder of St. Mary and Leroy Elder of Perryville; two brothers in law and his wife, Richard and Linda Schott and Linus Prost; three sisters in law, Vivian Schott, Stella Mae Elder and Doris Elder; six grandchildren, Dena and husband Mackey McCullough, Kristie Blackman, Jason Weber, Clint Meyer, Tim Meyer and Bailey Schott; seven great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Rosie Prost and two brothers, T. G. Elder and George Elder.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, August 24th at the Wood Family Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.
Funeral Mass for 82-year-old Agnes Ruth "Duck" (Elder) Schott of Ste. Genevieve will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday, August 25th, 2007 at the Church of Ste. Genevieve. The Rev. Charles Prost will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Valle Spring Cemetery.
