Schrader, Luella (nee Moore)
Luella M. Schrader, 81, of Jackson, formerly of Advance, Missouri, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Feb. 12, 1934, at Advance, daughter of Edgar Luther and Minnie Adeline Yount Moore.
Luella was a secretary at P.B. Electrical Supply in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, many years. She was a member of Fairview General Baptist Church near Delta. She loved to quilt and work in her yard with her flowers. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren.
Luella and Leman Schrader were married Feb. 25, 1956.
Loving survivors include her husband; a daughter, Tonya (Greg) Buttry of Jackson; a brother, Loyd (Betty) Moore of Cape Girardeau; and three grandchildren, Matthew Buttry, Andrew (Stacey) Buttry and Amanda Buttry.
Luella was looking forward to the birth of her first great-grandchild in August.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, and two brothers.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Larry Jackson and Randall Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Berrong Cemetery near Gipsy, Missouri.
