Schremp, Clarence Roy
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Clarence R. Schremp, 99, of Perryville died Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2006, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born July 3, 1907, in Perry County, son of Aaron and Victoria Huber Schremp. He and Adell E. Zahner were married April 9, 1928. She died May 3, 2006.
Schremp was a livestock and agriculture farmer. He was a member of Christ the Savior Catholic Church and Third Degree member of Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include three sons, Leland, Russell and Dale Schremp, all of Perryville; two sisters, Theresa Schremp and Elsia Radclifft of St. Louis; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, three grandchildren and seven brothers.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, and Saturday from 6:30 to 10:15 a.m. The wake will be at 7 p.m. Friday, and the rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. Saturday.
Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Christ the Savior Church, with the Rev. Felipe Martinez officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
