Seiler, Anna Marie (nee Weissmueller)
A funeral was held today, Tuesday, September 6th, 2005 for 75-year-old Anna Marie Seiler of Cape Girardeau who died Friday, September 2nd at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born September 7th, 1929 in Scott City, the daughter of Lawrence and Elizabeth Pope Weissmueller.
She married Marvin J. Seiler on April 7th, 1956. He survives in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors also include: two daughters, Phyllis Fabrizi of Festus and Gail Seiler of St. Louis; three sons: Richard Seiler of Seattle, Washington, and Ron and Roger Seiler, both of St. Louis; one brother: Johnny Weissmueller of Scott City; three sisters: Clara Steimle of Kelso, Cristine Schaffer of Benton and Loraine Wolk of Jackson; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Meyers.
She was a homemaker and member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church and American Legion Auxiliary.
A funeral mass for Anna Marie Seiler of Cape Girardeau was held at 10 a.m. today, Tuesday, September 6th at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Apple Creek. The Rev. Tony Dattilo will officiate.
Burial was in St. Michael's Cemetery in Apple Creek.
Memorials may be sent to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Apple Creek.
The Miller Family Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
