Seiler, Leonard George

Leonard George Seiler, 75, of Oak Ridge died Saturday, June 24, 2006, at his son's residence in Friedheim.

He was born Aug. 18, 1930, at Drum, Mo., son of Benard and Mary Brauer Seiler.

Leonard was a welder in the Boiler Makers Union Local 27 and a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Glennon, Mo.

Survivors include four sons, Lenny C. Seiler and wife Jeanne of Friedheim, Rick L. Seiler and wife Jewell of Arlee, Mont., Benny H. Seiler and wife Rhonda of Oak Ridge, Andy J. Seiler and wife Ally of Vista, Calif.; three daughters, Jo Ann Dallas of Cape Girardeau, Carol Sue Seiler of the state of Washington, Sarah S. Seiler of San Bernardino, Calif.; one brother, Louis Seiler, of St. Louis, Mo.; two sisters, Dorothy Reprogle and Wilma Browning of St. Louis; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Mary Dell Seiler; four brothers; three sisters; one granddaughter; and two great-granddaughters.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Mo., on Monday, June 26, 2006, from 4 to 8 p.m. with parish prayers at 7 p.m.

The funeral Mass will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Glennon, with Monsignor Edward Eftink officiating. There will be a horse-drawn wagon to the church cemetery for interment.

Honorary pallbearers are Lenny and Benny Seiler. Pallbearers will be Jerry Stroup, Rick, Andy, Matt, Mike and Alex Seiler.
