Sewing, Otis Roy
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2000 for 87-year-old Otis R. Sewing of Perryville who died today (Monday) at Perry Oaks Manor.
He was born on June 11, 1912 in Cape Girardeau, the son of the late Ferdinand and Laura (Klaus) Sewing.
He was married to Trula Propst . She preceded him in death.
One daughter survives, Katherine French, of Perryville.
One grandchild and one great-grandchild also survive.
One brother, Earl Sewing, survives in Perryville.
One brother, Alfred, one sister, Irene cox, and one fister sister, Velda Kocks, preceded him in death.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Freidheim and was retired from Perry Crating.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:30-8:30 p.m. and on Wednesday, Feb. 16 from 6:30-11:00 a.m. at Young and Sons funeral Home.
Funeral service for Otis R. Sewing will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Chruch in Freidheim. Rev. David Burge and Rev. Wayne Palmer will co-officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
