Statler, Chalmer C.
Funeral services for Chalmer C. Statler of Sikeston, were held at 10 a.m., July 19, 1988, at Brinkopf-Howell Funeral Chapel in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. K.C. Grams officiated and burial was in Lorimier Cemetery, Cape Girardeau.
Mr, Statler, 71, died July 17, 1988 at SEMO Care Center in Sikeston. He was born July 25, 1916, at Sedgewickville, a son of Tivis and Mabel Seabaugh Statler. He was of the Protestant Faith.
Surviving are five brothers, Burl Statler, Jack Statler, and Stanley Statler, all of Cape Girardeau, Paul Statler of Wappapello, and Tivis Statler, Jr. of Graham Texas; and two sisters, Mrs. John Ford and Mrs. Ben Reiminger of Cape Girardeau. He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
