Statler, Pearl Hester (nee Lix)
SEDGEWICKVILLE, Mo. -- Pearl Hester Statler, 88, of Sedgewickville died Friday, July 7, 2006, at the Perry County Nursing Home in Perryville, Mo.
She was born May 26, 1917, at Lixville, Mo., daughter of Louis and Rosetta Barks Lix. She and Perry Statler were married Nov. 27, 1947. He died Dec. 18, 2005.
Statler was a member of the Whitewater Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a son, James Statler of Perryville; a daughter, Glenda Isreal of Sedgewickville; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Patton, Mo.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donald Blaylock officiating. Burial will be in Sedgewickville/Lixville Lutheran Cemetery at Lixville.
