ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Ada Alma Lydia Stueve, 85, of Altenburg died Thursday, March 25, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born April 16, 1918, at Farrar, Mo., daughter of Henry J. and Anna Meier Lohmann. She and Edwin H. Stueve Sr. were married Oct. 18, 1942. He died July 30, 1983...

Funeral services will be Sunday, March 28, 2004 for 85-year-old Ada Stueve of Altenburg, MO, who passed away March 25, 2004 at the St. Francis Medical Center..

Born April 16, 1918 in Farrar, MO, the daughter of Henry J. and Anna (Meier) Lohmann. She married Edwin H. Stueve, Sr. on October 18, 1942. Both her husband and her parents preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons and one daughter; Edwin Stueve of Farrar, Dale Stueve of Farrar, and Mary Ann Sticht of Altenburg; one brother, one sister, and one sister-in-law; Erwin Lohmann of Perryville, Erma Stueve of Uniontown, and Anita Lohmann of Farrar. 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and two sisters.

Visitation Saturday, march 27, 2004, from 4 to 8 p.m., and Sunday, March 28, 2004, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Young And Sons Chapel in Perryville.

Funeral services for Ada Stueve will be Sunday, March 28, 2004 at 2pm at the Salem Lutheran Church in Farrar, with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Michael Meraz will officiate.

Memorials to the Salem Capital Improvement Fund, or the donor's choice.
