PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Erna A. Stueve, 90, of Perryville died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2011, at Independence Care Center of Perry County. She was born Aug. 1, 1921, at Farrar, Mo., daughter of Henry J. and Anna Meyer Lohmann. She and Paul Ervin Stueve were married Aug. 31, 1941. He preceded her in death Feb. 6, 1985...

A funeral will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2011 for 90-year-old Erna A. Stueve of Perryville who died August 14, 2011 at Independence Care Center of Perry County.
She was born August 1, 1921 in Farrar, the daughter of Henry J. and Anna (Meyer) Lohmann who both preceded her in death.
She married Paul Ervin Stueve on August 31, 1941. He preceded her in death on February 6, 1985.
She is survived by two sons: Rev. Eugene (Lois) Stueve of Macon and Paul J. Stueve and friend Pat Heuman of Uniontown; four daughters: Judith H. (Danny) Weible of Arnold, Eunice (Tom) Buerck of Uniontown, Sharon A. (Doug) Zoellner and Carol D. (Kenneth) Schmidt both of Friedheim; a sister in law: Katherine Stueve of Jackson, 18 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by three sisters: Flora Hecht, Ada Stueve and Irma Brunkhorst; three brothers: Walter, Erwin, and Eldor Lohmann; one daughter in law: Dellora Stueve and two great grandchildren.
She was a home maker and a certified nurse’s aide.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Longtown.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2011 and 6:30-8 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Young & Sons Funeral Home.
A funeral for 90-year-old Erna A. Stueve of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Longtown.
Memorials may be made to Zion, Saxony, or Immanuel School Tuition Fund, or Holy Cross in St. Louis.
