Margaret Kathryn Tunnell, 91, of Richmond, Va., formerly of Marshall, Mo., passed away Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013, in Richmond. Margaret Kathryn Tunnell, 91, of Richmond, Va., formerly of Marshall, died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013, in Richmond.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, in Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Margaret, 4600 Cox Rd. Ste. 130, Glen Allen, VA 23060. Born May 27, 1922, in Millersville, she was the daughter of the late Walter Cobble and Mary Seabaugh Cobble. She was married to Delmar Tunnell, who preceded her in death on Feb. 7, 2005. She was a 1938 graduate of Oak Ridge High School. She was a credit manager for Sears Roebuck for more than 35 years in Marshall.
She is survived by her children, Delmar Tunnell and his wife, Mary, of Ogelsby, Ill., and Marianne Holland and her husband, Paul, of Glen Allen, Va.; a sister, Reneé Jones of Highland, Ind.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Delmar and James Cobble.
