Unterreiner, Glennon, Rev.
Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, July 3, 1999 for 82 year - old Rev. Glennon Unterrreiner, who died last Saturday.
Born on June 2, 1917 in Perryville the son of Henry and Mary Katherine (Schremp) Unterrreiner, who preceded in death.
He is survived by two sisters; Wiltrudis Hoffman of East Moline, Illinois, and Erline Hoffman of Moline, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, and seven brothers.
The Rev. Unterreiner was ordained in 1946. He served several churches, including a seven - year stint as Assistant Pastor, at Ste. Genevieve Catholic Church, in 1954. He retired from active ministry on June 20, 1992.
Visitation will be on Friday, from 4 - 8, at the Miller Family Funeral Home, in Perryville. Visitation will also be on Saturday morning from 6:30 am - 10:50 am. Parish Prayers will be at 7pm on Friday, and the Rosary will be recited at 10am, Saturday morning, at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass for the Rev. Glennon Unterreiner will be on Saturday morning at 11am, at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. Archbishop Justin Rigali and the Rev. Charles Ruff will officiate. Burial will be at St. Boniface Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorials can be made to a charity of choice.
