Dorothy H. Wagner, 83, of Jackson passed away Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. She was born Oct. 26, 1928, in Lixville, Mo., daughter of Charles and Hilda Pickle Pohlmann. She married Nelson "Butch" Meyer on July 21, 1950. He passed away April 3, 1980. She and Kenneth Wagner were married Sept. 29, 1990. He passed away Nov. 10, 2008...
