Wagner, Joseph H., Rev.
Age 61 died at Missouri Delta Community Hospital after suffering severe chest pains.
Graduate of Southeast Missouri State College in Cape Girardeau, Mo and he received his divinity degree from Eden Theological Seminary in Webster Groves. US Navy WWII Veteran as a Navy chaplain in the Pacific theater for 2 years. Pastor of First United Metodist Church since 1964.
Son of the late Martin H. and Bessie Henry Wagner. Survived by wife Vera Seabaugh Wagner; daughters Mrs Rebecca Burns of Cape Girardeau; Mrs Patricia Corcoran of Heidelberg, Germany and Mary Esther Wagner of Sikeston; brother Martin Wagner of Houston, Tx; sister Martha Wagner of Kirkwood; and granddaughter Jennifer Lyn Corcoran of Heidelberg, Germany.
Pallbearers: Jack Hogan, Harvey Chirnside, Paul Schrader, L.M. Standley,
Charles Simpson and Rev Floyd Brower.
