Wengert, Kevin Patrick
Kevin Patrick Wengert, 53, of Cape Girardeau, MO died Saturday, May 18, 2013 at The Lutheran Home.
He was born August 6, 1959 in Cape Girardeau, MO to Joseph Charles and Venita Marie McAtee Wengert .
He graduated from Cape Central High in 1977 and received his welding certificate from the Vocational Technical School in Cape Girardeau on June 2, 1977.
Kevin had worked for Standley Batch Systems Inc. in Cape Girardeau for over 30 years.
He was of the Catholic Faith.
Survivors include: Mother - Venita Marie Wengert of Cape Girardeau, MO Sisters - Deborah L (Greg) Crawford of Cape Girardeau, MO Sharon M. Cassout of Cape Girardeau, MO Jo Ann Hunze of Chesterfield , MO Brother - Larry F. Wengert of Joliet, IL, 2 Nieces, Dana and Kara Crawford, 3 Nephews, Brandon Crawford, Joe Hunze and Jon (Melinda) Hunze.
He was preceded in death by his father and Brother - Daniel J. Wengert
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel with the Rev. David Hulshof officiating.
Entombment will be at Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum in Cape Girardeau.
Memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society.
