Wibbenmeyer, Julitta Louisa (nee Meyer)

A funeral will be held Tuesday, December 7th, 2004 for 96-year-old Julitta L. Wibbenmeyer of Maryland Heights, formerly of Perryville, who died Friday, December 3rd at the Brookview Nursing Home in Maryland Heights.

She was born September 11th, 1908 in Old Appleton, the daughter of Theodore W. Meyer and Christina H. Buchheit Meyer who preceded her in death.

She married Leo N. Wibbenmeyer on April 23, 1932 in Apple Creek. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include: three daughters, Ellanora T. Moore of High Ridge, Ruth Menard of St. Mary and Agnes Diebold of St. Louis; one son, Norbert L. Wibbenmeyer of Bridgeton; one sister, Bernadette Stables of St. Louis; 24 grandchildren; 68 great grandchildren; and 11 great great grandchildren.

A sister and four brothers also preceded her in death.

She was a homemaker and member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She loved quilting, fishing and playing cards. She was also a prep cook at the Park-Et Restaurant.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. this (Monday, December 6th) afternoon and evening and 6:30-9:50 a.m. Tuesday, December 7th at the Miller Family Funeral Home. Parish prayers will be said Monday evening and Rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

A funeral mass for 96-year-old Julitta L. Wibbenmeyer of Maryland Heights, formerly of Perryville, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 7th at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville. The Rev. Kevin Fausz, CM, will officiate

Memorials may be made to Masses at St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Perryville.
