Funeral service will be held Saturday, Aug. 4, 2001 for 74-year-old Lucille E. Wibbenmeyer of Perryville who died Wednesday, Aug. 1 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born on May 9, 1927 in Perry County, the daughter of the late Adolph H. Zoellner and Elizabeth Renaud Zoellner.

She was married to Herman Wibbenmeyer on Nov. 9, 1946. He survives in Perryville.

The following children survive: Linda Laws, Janet Abernathy, Velma Sutterer, Tracy Hemmann and Randy Wibbenmeyer, all of Perryville; and Wanda Hart of Warrenton.

One sister, Marie Wibbenmeyer, and one brother, Ralph Zoellner, survive in Perryville.

Also surviving are 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Wibbenmeyer had been a homemaker. She was a member of St. Maurus Catholic Church in Biehle. She was also a member of the St. Ann’s Sodality.

Visitation will be Friday, Aug. 3 from 4-9 p.m. at the Miller Family Funeral Home. Parish prayers will be at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will also be from 6:30-9:30 a.m.on Saturday, Aug. 4. The rosary will be recited at 9:00 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral Mass for Lucille W. Wibbenmeyer will be held Saturday, Aug. 4, 2001 at 10 a.m. at St. Maurus Catholic Church in Biehle. Rev. Alphonse Hoerning, C.M. will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Maurus Church Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to the American Lung Association or for Masses.
