Zahner, Clarence L. "Jack"
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Clarence L. "Jack" Zahner, 84, of Perryville died Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, at Riverview at the Park Rehabilitation Center in Ste. Genevieve, Mo.
He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery in Perryville. Military rites will be provided by VFW and Delta Team.
Young and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

A graveside service will be held Friday, October 8th, 2010 for 84-year-old Clarence L. "Jack" Zahner of Perryville who died September 27, 2010 at Riverview at the Park Care and Rehabilitation Center in Ste. Genevieve.
He was born March 2nd, 1926 in Belgique the son of the late Gilbert and Clara (Loberg) Zahner who both preceded him in death.
He married Evelyn Koenig-Brandt on July 28, 1964. She survives in Perryville.
He is also survived by a step son: Jerry (Wanda) Brandt; and two step daughters: Nancy L. Ochs and Sally Valleroy all of Perryville; two daughters: Iris and Gail; one nephew: Kelly (Jane) Short of Perryville; grandchildren and great grand children.
He was also preceded in death by a brother: Al; a sister: Sis and a niece.
Mr. Zahner was a heavy equipment operator for Giesler Brothers, a US Navy WW II veteran, member of V.F.W. Post 4282 and American Legion Post 133.
A graveside service for 84-year-old Clarence L. "Jack" Zahner of Perryville will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 8th at the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery in Perryville with military graveside service provided by the V.F.W. and the Delta Team.
In lieu of flowers donations to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
