Charles R. Zoellner, 59, of Wright City, Mo., died Dec. 17, 2004, at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis. He was born on Aug. 2, 1945, at Biehle, Mo., son of Henry and Emma Clara Schumer Zoellner. He was a maintenance worker for the Missouri Department of Transportation...

A graveside service was held this morning, (Monday, December 20th, 2004) for 59-year-old Charles R. Zoellner who died Friday, December 17th at St. John's Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born August 2nd, 1945 in Biehle, the son of Henry Zoellner and Emma Clara Schumer Zoellner.

He married Alice Logan. She survives in Wright City.

Survivors also include: two daughters, Bonnie Brickhaus of Marion, Texas and Juanita Zoellner of Altenburg; two stepdaughters, Angela Balkenbusch of Wright City and Cheryl Balkenbush of Wright City; a stepson, Brian Balkenbusch of Wright City; three brothers, Marvin Zoellner, Paul Zoellner and Robert Zoellner, all of Perryville; a sister, Margaret Meyer of St. Louis; two grandchildren; and four step grandchildren.

A brother, Edward, also preceded him in death.

He was employed by the Missouri Department of Transportation.

A graveside service for 59-year-old Charles R. Zoellner was held this morning, (Monday, December 20th, 2004) at the St. Maurus Church Cemetery in Biehle. The Rev. Tony Dattilo officiated.

Arrangements were by the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.
