Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2000 for 80-year-old Lorene Zoellner of Altenburg who died Jan. 31, 2000 at her residence.

She was born on Jan. 5, 1920 in Altenburg, the daughter of the late Adolph and Emilie (Fiedler) Petzoldt.

She was married to Albert E. Zoellner. He survives in Altenburg.

One daughter, Kathy, Mrs. Ollie Schlimpert, survives in Altenburg.

One sister, Florence, Mrs. Gene Telle, survives in O’Fallon, Mo.

Four granddaughters survive: Kim, Mrs. Michael Ponder, of Altenburg; Becky, Mrs. Stuart Ruehling, of Frohna; Jennifer, Mrs. Stan Hadler, of Frohna; and Mrs. Trent Bronenkant of Altenburg.

Seven great-grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Marvin F. and Milton Petzoldt, and one sister, Vera Duvall.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and choir.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 1 from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 a.m. at Young and Sons East Perry Chapel.

Funeral service for Lorene Zoellner will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. Rev. Al Strand will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Memorial preference is to Trinity School and Trinity Choir.
